Maggie Stickney

I'm an artist with three wonderful daughters--that means I paint in the brief and rare moments when they're all behaving or they're out of the house!

I grew up on Long Island and attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design where I earned a BFA in printmaking. I then moved to NYC and received my MA in Art Therapy from New York University. I’ve worked as an art educator for many years before moving south. Currently I live in Fairhope, AL on Mobile Bay where my husband grew up. For years I have expressed myself through creating custom fabric designs for baby wearing brands, but recently I have rediscovered the joy and satisfaction of painting.
